gba files mean Game Boy Advance,so you need a game boy advance emulator.
you can download it from http://vba.ngemu.com/downloads.shtml
You can, what you need to do is find the gba file then right-click open with ...
From what I've heard you need an emulator such as Visual boy advance(vba). Once you have it, right click on the gba file and go to open with. Then choose Visual Boy Advance. Then click apply. Then double click the gba file and there you go. But when I do it, it says that it is not a valid win32 application. If this happens to you then open Visual Boy Advance, then go to open. Then choose the gba file. THEN it should work. If it lags, then your computer is either slow or has little to no memory.
if u have a GBA emulator just open File/ Save game and then chose slot to save...
Make sure your file extensions are set to always show, and rename the file to something like <insertname>.vba
To convert a .zip file to a .gba file on a Chromebook, you will first need to extract the contents of the .zip file. This can be done by right-clicking on the .zip file and selecting "Extract" or using a file extractor app from the Chrome Web Store. Once the contents are extracted, you will need a Game Boy Advance emulator to run the .gba file. You can download a GBA emulator from the Chrome Web Store or a reputable website, then open the emulator and load the .gba file to start playing.
Try to hit right button on that file and if it's possible press edit . Open it with notepad and hit file>save as> all files> filename.gba Another way is just to rename it --- > filename.gba
With Great ease... You download them and open them using the open command! <*:-)
You open and play them in an emulator. The best GBA emulator is Visual Boy Advance. http://vba.ngemu.com/
Yes, you can use an existing save file on a new GBA ROM as long as they share the same title and are for the same game.
Oh and before that, I right-clicked on My DS ROM I was about to play, and I chose "open file with no$gba". Did that affect my problem ?
You just go to the right link and click download and run or save both side and it will start downloading the rom you need the NO$gba to play it not only no$gba and you click in rom and click extract here then you open no$gba and click on the rom that is the rom not the one you download its the file of the rom you just click the file that is the other side of it right and start play enjoy :)
No, but you can go to romulation.net and search for a flipnote.nds (rom file) and then download it. But inorder to use the rom file you must download a no$gba emulator or a DeSmuMe emulator and then open the rom file from there. Best of wishes to you to get to play around with flipnote on your PC. *If you have a Macintosh or Linux computer, you may google or yahoo search "flipnote .nds rom for mac" and "DesSmuMe emulator for mac" [or] "no$gba emulator for mac" or "flipnote .nds rom for linux" and "DeSmuMe emulator for Linux" and "no$gba emulator for linux".
