On Windows 8, there is a side bar feature. When you are in the website or program you want to move, in this instance it will be Answers, you need to maximize your browser. Then, place your mouse at the top of the screen and you will see a hand appear. Click and hold it down, drag the screen to either the left or right side of the page. You will see a bar come in about 1/4 of the way, and you now can have one screen set to the side, and a main on in the center. You can drag the separating bar all the way to the left, or to the right to close the screen or make it larger.
