I have a 1997 Plymouth Breeze, and the fuse panel can be seen when you open the driver's side door, at the end of the dashboard. It is normally covered up by the door when it's closed, so you need to leave the door open to see it. Lift off the panel, (may have to tug a bit).

Consult the owner's manual. Then, open hood and look for the plastic (or metal) cover on the back of the headlight unit. You have to carefully remove this spring-loaded cover to reach the bolb. You can rotate and remove the cover; then you will have access to the bolb.
Open the hood the fuel filter is right in front of the valve cover and it is clear.
Open the hood and look see. Side post, in front of the driver side tire, inside the fender.
