How do you open nail polish that won't open?

In order to open a stuck bottle of nail polish, run it under hot water to loosen the lid. If that doesn't work, dipping a Q-tip in nail polish remover and getting nail polish out from under the lid to loosen it.

Try this: Put it in the freezer for an hour or two, then take it out and run warm water just on the cap as you try to twist it open.

Try putting it in hot water for 3-5 minutes. If that doesn't work, then put it in nail polish remover for about 1 minute. Hope this helped!
