Download Microsoft Office Starter. It's free. It's not the fastest program & you need Internet access each time you open( word, excel...) but it works.
You could try downloading the Open Office suite of programs which has a database in it. It also has other applications in it, similar to the ones in Microsoft Office. You can get it from the Open Office Website. Click on the related link below.
Some of the most popular database design software suites include Microsoft Office, Microsoft Office Access, and Microsoft Works. Open Office is also a popular choice.
Open it by microsoft office picture manager. To get microsoft office picture manager, install any version of microsoft office.
Yes it is. It is owned by Microsoft and they do not give access to the source code for the program, unlike open source software programs.

It's brilliant ! It provides all the functions of Microsoft Office - with the addition that users can get access to the actual program and make improvements. Microsoft will not allow users to do that ! I've been using Open office for about four years now, and would never go back to MS Office !
Open office is free to download, but Microsoft word has to be paid for.
Windows uses Microsoft Office Access to open MDB files. But, MSO Access does not come with windows pre-installed. Since MSO Access is part of the Microsoft Office Suite, you will have to buy Microsoft Office 2010 Professional or Professional-Plus(If you are on windows). If you are on a Mac, you can use MDB/ACCDB Viewer.
