You use the computer terminal on the fourth level (left) in the barracks. There is a Gatos manual in the open locker in the Vehicle bay.
All you need to do is to reboot the computer. The code from the manual is square, loop, circle, X. There is a slider on the left side of the computer screen that slides the airlock from locked to open.
