Looking in throught the driver door on the lower left you'll see a part of your dash on the lower left with "fuse box" on it. Pop open the dash panel and replace whatever fuse you need. -Chris

Lock smith! They can either open the door or make you a duplicate key (no master key needed).
Stuck how? Lock? Door?
When you open the drivers side door you will see the fuse box on the left hand side facing the door, open it up and there is a "map" on the back of the panel showing you which fuse does what job.
Just going by the question...I would say that the latch has gotten in "the closed door position". Be sure that the door is unlocked. With your finger lift out on the latch on the end of the door and use the door handle to "open" the door latch.
door open from inside or outside
inside the drivers side door, you will see a fuse panel door when you open the car door on the side of the dash. they're labelled, i believe it pwr wnd but test them all.
