Climb into the loft and pull on the rope to release the gear lock. Then climb on the windmill arms so that they turn counterclockwise. This will open the roof dome. The hoverboard is powered by manure.
Move the Mill to open the window
The mill gears on Astro Knights Island are in the second-floor loft of the mill, and they are locked to prevent the windmill arms from turning. Grab the short hanging rope to unlock the gears. Go outside and turn the windmill arms counter-clockwise by climbing on them, and you will see the roof dome open.
go all the way to the right you will see a mill place spin the mill wings to the right as you will see it will start to open up go in there and there it is.
You have to push it open.
after you get the wind mill to spin counter clockwise the thing on the top of the building with open try to get it to open all the way you can, then enter it.

you have to stand on the mill and you have to make it go left and up the top is a little hole thing when it comes open quickly go in it
you have to go inside the mill and and jump and grab the rope and the go outside and move the mill anti clockwise then the top will open go in there you will need the manure to fuel it ( you get from the guy near the hole
The workshop of Mordred is hidden in an underground chamber, its entrance under two hay bales on the mill farm. You will need a key to open it. (see related question)
When you get the windmill open on astro knights, you go inside and get the (manure-powered) hovercraft.
To get to the hovercraft in the attic of the mill, pull the rope to unlock the gears. Then go outside and turn the windmill arms by jumping on them. When they turn counterclockwise, the roof dome will open. Add manure to the hovercraft and it will go to the swamp.
Once you get the Cosmic Symbols card from the girl at the mill, you can enter the symbols in any order on the fountain plaque, then press the center Sun to open it.
