How do you open the passenger compartment fuse box on a 2003 ford expedition?

First remove the plastic cover that matches the color of your vehicles interior, mine was light gray and it swung out toward me and off. Located inside is the black fuse box cover, which has a little latch on the bottom in the middle. If you reach down and grab that latch and pull it towards you the cover should come off.
