above the reg plate and where you open the boot there is a little black button press and the window will open
see if there is a lever on right hand side of drivers seat on the floor
I also need to bypass the immobilizer on my Laguna. The central lock button on my 1996 Renault laguna doesn't work (open locks) and also the immobilizer light mounted on it is off. Nevertheless, there is power to the button. This led me to believe that there are no signals to or from the control box. Can anyone tell me where the central control box is located?
Hi, there are two, one is behind a flap on the end of the dashboard, accessible when you open the drivers door. Another is under the bonnet near the battery, it has a plastic cover over it. On the new Renault Laguna, known as the Lagune 3, the fusebox is in the glove box, behind a little flap that pulls down.
there's a little black button just above the number plate
The reversing light switch on a Renault laguna is in much the same as on many other cars. Basically it links to the gearbox or the gear lever, so that when the gear lever is at the reverse position it engages the switch. On the laguna it is on the gearbox near to the left hand end (from the drivers view). You must remove the left front wheel to see it more clearly and possibly the plastic under-engine plastic shield. The switch is normally open, and shorts out when you engage reverse, so you can test it with an ohm meter.
Above the glove box, the little cubbiehole, open it and remove felt base and u will see the fuses.
You should have an 'emergency key' that pulls out of the end of the key. The end of passenger door handle should have a hole/slit underneath. Insert a screwdriver and prise flap off and there is a keyhole underneath. Note that this will not deactivate the alarm. The alarm stops when you insert your key into the slot.
you pull the bonnet release in car then under bonnet there is black button thingy you pull out and lift bonnet. hope this helps

If the door is not closed and the draft is going out the window, then yes. An open window can indeed make a door open.
