Unfortunately in 2002 and 2004, you cannot operate the default scenery jet ways. Although there are pay ware scenery packages (I had JustFlight's World Airports 2 which was great) where you can operate the jet docks and all the service vehicles.

Technically yes. However, FSX (or Flight Simulator 10 as its actually called ) is a later platform. This means requirements of 2002 are embedded in to FSX so that many of the textures work. You cannot run fsx objects in 2002.

It is considered a simulation because it is made to be like flying a real plane, and to have a fully realistic system.
There is No Joystick included with the software. You'll have to purchase one. If it was me I would purchase one that designed for Flight Simulator. The are several available.
