Click File and then Optimize Video
Almost all video editing software can reverse a clip. If it does not it is not worth having.
Mp4 is a good format for iMovie.
To adjust the speed of a clip in iMovie hover the mouse over the clip that you have added to the project and a small blue button with a down arrow will appear in the corner of the clip's thumbnail. Click on the down arrow and select Clip Adjustments from the choices offered. In the panel that opens you have buttons to choose between Clip, Video and Audio. Click the Clip button and in the middle is a speed adjustment/reverse option. It may ask you to convert the video before allowing you to adjust the clip.
First drag the movie you want to do the commenty for into iMovie. Then record yourself speaking in another application on your mac, (watch the clip your speaking over while you speak over it so you know what your saying) then drag that voice clip over the top of the clip which you've placed in iMovie.
Open iMovie and then open the movie that you want to upload to Youtube. Now, open the iMovie to youtube export screen by clicking File>Export>iMovie to Youtube. In the iMovie to Youtube export screen, set the video clip to upload, the video quality, the title and description to upload, the category and tags to upload, the youtube channel to upload to(optional), the advanced settings and then press the upload button.
Double click the clip.
To reverse a clip in iMovie select the clip to be reversed, open the Inspector, in the Speed section click the Convert Clip button, and once the clip is converted tick the Reverse box.
iMovie '09 has basic Green Screen editing built in. To access this ensure that the Advanced Tools option is ticked in the general section of iMovies Preferences.Drag your "green screen" video onto your background video clip in your project. Select Green Screen from the menu that appears. You can move the clip around or double click it to open the inspector to make further adjustments.
The short answer is no. You cannot record video via iMovie without sound. But it is super easy to edit out the sound! 1. Open up the clip inspector by double clicking the clip you want to remove sound from. 2. Press "a" on your keyboard. This should bring you to your audio editing panel. From here you can adjust the volume with a lever! Hope this helps!
In my opinion the best video editing software application is Movie Magix Edit Pro 16Hd.It depends on how high or low your video editing skills are, but in my opinion and in a lot of others that I have spoken too is iMovie.
If you have a mac, you just go to imovie and right click your video and then hit clip adjustments and audio adjustments
ID3155998802: It's simple open imovie then on the top there is a bar click on imovie there and on preferences then click show advanced settings. When you drag a clip in the middle of an other clip it will show you advanced tools including picture in picture and green screen. If you want to use a green screen first drag the background you want to have on to the project either a clip or image then your clip with the green screen on top of it it will show what you can do then just click on green screen and that's it. And for picture in picture just drag it on top of a clip in the project and click on picture in picture you can then adjust the size and position. That's everything hope you understand it and will make good use of it! Hockey23005: Okay, 2 things. First of all I don't know how to reply to your answer (if you know how to please tell me) and that is why I am "Improving" your answer 2nd, I know how to do both, but how do you do them on the same video clip? P.S. I am new to both video editing and answers.com
