If you have hit a plateau that you cannot seem to break through, you can try a couple of things. Increase your drops to 15 drops 3 times a day, increase your water that you drink, check you spices and seasonings to make sure that you are not accidentally ingesting too much sodium or that they have sugars or starches in them. Make sure that you are getting sufficient rest at night. You can continue on the drops, but the closer the your optimum weight, the more stubborn those pounds will be to lose.
