How do you p-shift into a wolf?

I'm sorry, but I personally dont think that is possible. Sure, this world is full of mysteries, deadly cancer is cured by miracles, cases where people have moved objects with their mind and such things, but P-shifting is just too far fetched.

In shamanism its common to have the spirit of a wolf, bear etc and thus spiritally transform into them, but to physically take the form of a wolf/other animal isn't realistic.

But, anything is possible and i dont say that it is totally impossible. But to make your body grow at such high amount at speed would couse great damage to your body, and you would die. Considering your body is full-grown (how old are you? Im 15 :P) it will take great will to force your cells creating new body parts.

I believe in the power of the mind, and that you can manipulate your bodystructure with your mind. Cancer is such a case - techically you cant me cured by just expecting and desiring to be so - but still people are cured by their will power.

So, here's what I think you can do. Change your eye color/your fangs. The color of the eye can naturally chance when the oxygen level of the blood going through the eyes change. To do this you first have to accept your human body - to know it and have biofeedback. If you hate your own body - you cant control it. Wanna talk more about things such as this? Ill believe in full P-shifting, the ability to transform fully into an animal, first when I see it/ accomplish it.
