Do not take illegal drugs or eat anything with poppy seeds in it, about 28+ days before taking a drug test. Drink plenty of water, sweat & exercise a lot. If you have taken illegal drugs for a long time, it can show up in your hair, blood, and urine. Some drugs get stored in your fat cells so it takes longer to cleanse your body. The more you cleanse, sweat, detox, pee, exercise, ect. the quicker some, I said SOME, drugs will get out of your system. If it's medication that you must take & have been prescribed, just make sure you let the person that is testing you know what all you are taking. Best thing- Don't take illegal drugs to begin with, cause then you wouldn't have to worry about failing a drug test. It's common sense!!
