You can pass a heroin drug test by wither not using, or you can pound water...at least when i drank water it worked. heroin is water soluble so the more water that flows through your system, the more heroin will come out every time you pee. the way ive done it is after using, i chugged about 2 gallons of water then peed a bout a million times, then the next day did the same thing, then went to the gym and did the stairmaster for 20 mintues in about 7 layers of clothes. then you gotta chug water again then youl be clean. but its sooo much work for one shot....i know, so you might as well stay clean
Yes, heroin is water soluble as this person says, but drinking that much water in that amount of time is very dangerous and can shut down your kidneys. and once that happens not only will that make it stay in your system longer because your body isn't letting out anything but water, it can hospitalize you. Just stay clean and you will pass every time

∙ 13y agoOpiates like heroin (along with most every drug except marijuana) take only a few days to leave your system. Heroin and other opiates typically take around 72 hours (3 days) to leave your system, although if you are an extremely heavy, long-term user, it could possibly take up to a week.
So all you have to do to pass your drug test is stop using heroin for a few days. If you can't do that...well, then you have much bigger problems to deal with than finding a job. You need to take care of your drug problem before you start job hunting.

If you are talking about trying to cheat the test, don't do heroin if you expect to pass the test. The test centers are good at catching people that try to cheat.
