I took a snapshot now how do i access it?

I assume you mean a Snapshot of your computer Screen (PrintScreen) and yes when you hit the "print Screen" button it seems to do nothing, However it took a screenshot of your Computer monitor and put it in your ClipBoard. To access it you have to Paste it Somewhere. Open Paint or Wordpad, any of these will do and go to Edit > Paste. Now save the Image wherever you want. Hope this helps, If not try asking again with a little more detail. :)
