Try using Revo uninstaller Free (www.revouninstaller.com/revo_uninstaller_free_download). Revo will not show the program you are trying to remove in the list, but if you click the crosshair icon at the top, you can use "Hunter Mode." Start the program you wish to remove. I believe you drag the crosshairs from Revo to the window of the target program. Just follow the prompts, and it will try to find all the parts of the target program and remove them. When it brings up the list of files, then registry entries, that it has found make sure to click the "select all" button, then the "Delete" button.
