with a fork and turn over the dirt
There are two ways to pick potatoes in RuneScape. First, you can pick them from a standard field, located in many cities in the game. The other option is to grow them yourself and pick them from your garden.
In my experience they are ready anytime after the folliage has begun to decline. Green colored potatoes are not ready.
I just took my bag out and counted them, there is 31 potatoes in the bag of Russet potatoes I purchased from Pick n Save.
pop your potato in a pot or if you wish , the ground. When the plant on top pf the potato is fully grown. carefully pick your potatoes out - ( the fun bit!) thanks molly xx
Mashed potatoes! Schnitzel and Soļanka!
No such thing as a potato tree! But if there was, there would be 42 potatoes there, and the grapes would be yellow with a shade of blue.
These are actually shoots, not roots. If you plant these potatoes in the ground, preferably shoot side up (don't worry, they will find their own way up if you get them upsidedown), the shoots will emerge from the ground and form leaves. Meanwhile, roots will form on the underside of the potato, and eventually new potatoes will be borne as tubers on the roots near the crown. Sooooo...you can turn each of those potatoes into several potatoes!!! Or you can just pick off the shoots and eat the potatoes instead of planting them, it is up to you :)
In order to answer this, you would first need to decide on how big the potatoes are. Let's pick potatoes that are round and 2" in diameter, and a volume of about 4.2 cubic inches. The volume of the sun is 1.409 x 10^18 km3, which is equal to 8.6 x10^31 in3. Therefore, the number of potatoes you could fit inside the sun would be about 2.0x10^31, or 20,000,000,000,000,000,000,000,000,000,000 or 20 quintillion.[*Assuming, of course, that no gaps are left between the potatoes]
''Erwtensoep'' (split pea soup), ''hutspot'' (mashed potatoes with carrots) and ''griesmeelpudding'' (pudding with grits).
