There is no axe, although there is a shovel (get the blue lily from Blue Nile Falls, swap it for a turban, and wear the turban at Giza). Use the explosives by the elevator to blast the rock and wall in the diamond mine. At the end, the diamonds are all loose, so you don't chip them out. Use the magnifier loupe at the bottom to examine them, and you will see the triangle mark on the White Jewel.

You can get a shovel to dig at Kaya Forests by collecting the blue lily from the left side of Blue Nile Falls. Swap it at Nabooti for a turban and wear the turban at Giza. There is, however, no pick, as might be used to get the White Jewel out of the Diamond Mine. In that location, all you do is examine all of the gems in the pile using the jeweler's loupe (magnifier) at lower right. The White Jewel has a triangular mark on it, and should be the third one in from the bottom left of the pile. When you see the inscription, you will be prompted to "Take" the jewel.
Pick it up.
To pick the magic flower in the last village, look for clues or interact with the villagers to determine the specific requirements. It might involve completing certain tasks or solving puzzles. Once you've fulfilled the requirements, approach the flower and interact with it to pick it.
If you pick a blue bonnet flower, you will remove it from its plant and likely prevent it from producing seeds. This can impact the plant's ability to propagate and reproduce, potentially affecting local ecosystems that rely on that plant species for food or habitat. It's generally better to leave wildflowers like blue bonnets undisturbed in their natural environment.
Pick it up.
The turtle at the Kaya Forests is keeping you from digging there. Go to the Mountains of the Moon. On the upper right trail you will find the Opuntia Fruit (cactus pear). Bring this to Kaya Forests and use it - the tortoise will get up to eat it and you can dig. To finish Kaya Forests, you'll need a shovel. (Get the Egyptian Lily at Blue Nile Falls, trade it for a turban at Nabooti, and wear it to get a shovel at Giza.) Return to the Kaya Forests and dig up the elephant relic. Jump up high to get the gold nugget from the palm tree. Trade these in at Nabooti, the gold nugget for a camera and the elephant for a "fingo" talisman. The spirits in the Kaya Forests will give you the green jewel.
