I dont know cheats but my friends said theres like some around if you search cheats up or something. You can't there is just skulls which you can find on youtube plus it wouldn't be fun with cheats.

How do you check your skulls in Halo 3?
Skulls can be found in every level of halo 3. Once you find the skull in the level, you can simply pick it up the same way you would grab a weapon. Each skull can be turned on in the campaign setup menu. They all change the gameplay in a diffent way. Gold skulls can award achievements and when turned on, they will increase the score for the level's score achievement.
