You are not useless. Even the fact that you were able to ask this question means that you are literate enough to be able to teach someone who is less literate than you are. You might volunteer to do that. In general, if you cannot help youself, help others. That will actually make you feel better, and certainly will prove that you are not useless. Other than that, there are a great many different problems that people can have, which can make them feel bad, and without more details about what kinds of problems you have, it is difficult to give detailed advice. But I would say, focus on your accomplishments rather than your failures. Few of us succeed at everything that we would like to do, but we generally do succeed at something. I'm sure that is true of you, as well.
