If you have already brought seeds (equestrian center>store>agriculture) and a meadow (equestrian center>store>meadows), go to equestrian center then go to your meadows. Click the (+) to the right of the meadow you want to plant the seeds in. Select the option that lets you plant them and then select the fertilizer (if you don't have any go to equestrian center>store>agriculture and buy some or buy 50 droppings and go to equestrian center>meadows>make manure from droppings and make 2).
