You simply play all the white notes from one C to the next, first going up the keyboard (from left to right) and then down (from right to left). The usual fingering is 1 (thumb) on C, 2 (index finger) on D, 3 (middle finger) on E, 1 on F, 2 on G, 3 on A, 4 (ring finger) on B, 5 on C. If you want to play a multiple octave scale you start with 1 on C again when you reach it.
