You wait until a tank glows in the forums. Then, you click on it when it says Booty Grab. You move your mouse and try to catch the gold. Any thing that's floating across the screen that is blue is good, and red is bad.

It's just glitched, it glitches like that , after time it will restart , you probably did this by leaving another game without finishing it, if it's a bad tank just let it play while you do something else
