To play F sharp on the alto saxophone, press down the first finger of your left hand on the top key while keeping the rest of your fingers relaxed. This will produce the F sharp note.
You play it by the normal two A keys which is the top two keys. Then you play your octave key which you use for your high D
The really high E would be the E written three ledger lines above the staff. One octave lower will be the E written in the top space of the staff.
An (A) Flat on an Alto Saxophone is the same as a (G) Sharp, so the three top keys down as if you were going to play a (G), PLUS the key on the left side of the sax, the key where typically you would place your pinkie. If you need more clarification, look on the internet for an Alto Sax fingering chart.

F# = top 3 fingers down. and the middle key on the bottom 3 fingers.
You play it like a G but also press the first button on the bottom.

Ab on an Eb alto saxophone is the same as a G#. Played by holding down the first 3 fingers and the top pinky on the left hand.
all main fingers (i.e. 3 on left, 3 on right) and the top one of the bottom two with the right pinky. and octave key if you want it up the octave. up an octave again is the two side keys and nothing else :) d # is the same as e flat
To play a low D, play all three buttons for your left hand, and all three buttons for your right hand as well. To play an octave higher, push down the octave key (your left thumb) as well as the three buttons on each hand. To play an octave higher than that, play only the first palm key on your left hand, and the octave key.
You need to push the octave key with your left hand thumb, the first two palm keys with your left hand palm, and the top side key with the side of your right hand index finger. A flat chin and lots of air will also help!
