On the PlayStation Portable and Nintendo DS, imported games are almost ALWAYS compatible on ANY system. The Xbox 360 does not allow imported games to be played, no matter the country, only games from the region it is sold. PlayStation 3 is also import friendly, almost entirely. Offically, the Wii supposedly can't play games from other regions, but by using a special disk called Freeloader or using the homebrew channel (this is not endorsed by Nintendo) it is fully possible.
Yes: PSP, PS3, DS, (use at your own risk, which is admittedly little to none) Wii
No: Xbox 360
your console can play NZ, AUS and UK but NOT American... i found this out when i bought American games you need a NTSC console or an American console or a mod chip to do this if you dont have one of those you cant play American games
yes but you cant play American games on a euro console ive tried
Yes if you have the American version of the game.
No. It has the wrong coding.
yes because smackdown vs raw is American and i can play that on my ps2.
No, the American games will not play in Ireland if your using the Ireland consolle but if you purchase the American console and take it to Ireland it will easily play all the games that you purchased is America ( the American console will not play the games the you purchased in Ireland) If you have more questions message me.
As far as I know yes.
You don't. Games are designed for a console and do not play on a different console
of course! my dad has a British ps3 and he can play the American version of little big planet
I am 90% sure you can because i am living in England (European PS3) and to save moey i bought a few games from America so if you can play American games on a European console i am sure you can play an American game on an Asian console. I think it is the same concept as PSP games which are UMDs (Universal Media Disk).
You need a console to play console games. Computers play computer games and a PS3 will play PS3 games or the Same for the Xbox 360 and the Nintendo Wii.
You can not play PS3 games on a PS2 console
