It seems as though we are going to need to grab a little more information from your computer. We will need the Bank A and Bank B logs from your Wizard101 program files. This information will help us see what files are being downloaded or not downloaded to your computer, which could answer why the program is not launching.
To get this file just go to the directory where you installed the game, there should be a Patch Client folder. Inside should be BankA and BankB. Each of these folders should contain the file WizardLauncher.log.txt Just use the Attach File function of whatever email client you use to attach both of those to your reply to this email.
Go to wizard101.com. If you get a screen with a black background, and an old
wizard-ly looking man and a crystal ball, click "Homepage". See the menu on the side? Click "Sign up" or "Join". Then fill in all the necessary information. As soon as you've done that you're ready to play! Once you click play, a box will open up, if you plan on creating more than one account, you might not want to click "Remember Username", as it might just be an inconvenience when you try to log in the other account. From there create your wizard, go through the tutorial, and have fun! There is no time limit to how long you can play, and The Commons, Golem Court, Ravenwood, Shopping District, Olde Town, Unicorn Way, and Triton Avenue are free to play!
