the code you entered was for the multiplayer nuketown not the zombies one. it comes when you pre ordered the game whereas the zombies one comes with the care package edition or if you buy it off the xbox or the playstation store.

Nuketown Zombies are a separate DLC from the Revolution maps. You need to go back in to the Playstation Store and download/install them.
