WARNING: THIS HINT MAY CONTAIN SPOILERS You fill it up with snow from the snow forts then take it to the yellow puffle in the stage. The yellow puffle will come out so you can see it once you play the notes from the sheet in the pizza parlour next to the piano. Give the snow to the puffle and it will make a copy of the missing gear. But first you have to give the puffle a picture of the gear, which you can get from Rookie in the town. Once the puffle makes the gear take it to G's gadget room and freeze it in G's contraption. After you do this you can continue on with the rest of the mission.
