First break out of the torture chair, this is not too hard.
MASH LT and RT repeatedly until, Mason is out of the torture chair. (this is pretty cool)
Next, walk behind the chair and you will have to activate the computer.
Finally, the ZORK part. When you activate the computer you can type in codes. Enter the code "ZORK" this will unlock the achievment/trophy and you can play the game.

You type in "ZORK" on the computer at the main screen, not the title screen. You need to break out of the chair first and the computer will be behind you on your right.
