well just try and ask her when her friends leave and do something sweet. I'm a girl and some of my friends are kinda nasty but a guy asked me and i said no. but he got me a dumb plastic rose and i still have it.... he turned out asking me again about a 7 months later and i said yes because every time i looked at the rose i regretted saying no. so you might have to wait but if you REALLY like her go for it.
if you want to ask her out then you should do it when you are both alone. i am a girl so i know this. girls like it when guys can pluck up the courage and ask a them out. and how do u know that she doesn't like you??
she might like you but doesn't have the courage to tell you because of her friends.
