It is unfortunate you feel that way. Yes, people do answer questions on this forum. Some answers may not be to your liking of what you want to hear, but unless you come onto the forum with an open mind that people are there to help you and give you some options then do not bother to post on a forum. You have the freedom to take the advice or not. If you receive a post that is ridiculing you or swearing at you then you have the right to complain about that post. Most on this forum are here to help and to offer solutions to problems.
You can post it in the Community Forum in Malfunction Discussion. If you are a Supervisor, post it in the Supervisors' Forum in Bug Reports.

All users should be able to see the list of questions flagged for inflammatory language and gibberish. A forum is a place online where people can post things such as text, images, and occasionally video, and people can respond with similar content, answers/advice, and other things. For example, a well-known technology forum is MacRumors. This one is mostly dedicated to Apple products, and people post questions on which devices to buy, how to do certain things with them, etc. People then respond with answers. There are usually "subforums" for more specific topics. In this case, there are subforums for iPods, iPhones, Macs, programming, apps, running Windows, etc.
Typically you'll see a 'post thread' link. Though this varies from forum to forum. If you provide my with a link I can see if I can find it for you.
If it is your own post, you are able to edit it. If it is someone else's post, contact a supervisor. To edit your own post, go to the forum page, and in the upper right hand corner of the post, there will be a button that says 'edit'. Click that.
