Power leveling is against the rules, and is illegal. I don't recommend you to do that, It WILL get your account banned, possibly IP banned which means your IP address can no longer log into RuneScape. Yur such an idiot!!!!!! Powerleveling is legal, the rules don't go against it. EVERYONE does it. Powerleveling in mining terms, is mining ore and dropping it, or chopping wood and dropping it. It's OK to do it.
