If there is something special you get out of the preorder for not that much, then preorder it. If you preorder online though you might get it a little bit later than everyone else who buys theres as a preorder at gamestop or without a preorder at Wal-Mart. But at least you will be guaranteed a copy in case they sell out.
Ok, in Japan, it comes out in June. In the United States, it comes out in August. You can preorder it at GameStop for atleast $5, or online you can preorder a copy of it from Japan. It'll cost a lot more, and it'll be in Japanese, BUT you'll have it before the rest of America that didn't preorder it from Japan. Hope this helped! :3
