By "morsel shape" do you possibly mean "crystal morphology"? This can be done, but it's not trivial, you have to estimate growth rates along certain crystallographic planes by means of attachment energy. There's a method called (for the people who came up with it) Bravais-Friedel-Donnay-Harker, but it doesn't give especially great results... it's more of an educated guess and a place to start than an actual answer.
