Put 0.9g of Nacl in a beaker and add distilled water to make up to 100ml. that is 0.9% Nacl (Normal saline Solution) From Tade Olubunmi Ademola
1000mL = 1L500mL = 1/2L100mL = 1/10LIt's simple. Just divide by 10!!!
To prepare 100ml of 70% Ethanol, measure 70ml of 95% ethyl alcohol in a graduated cylinder and add 30ml of distilled water. To prepare 100ml of 70% Ethanol, measure 70ml of 95% ethyl alcohol in a graduated cylinder and add 30ml of distilled water.
No they do not. Sucrose has a solubility of 203.0g/100mL water at 25oC. Fructose has the highest solubility of the sugars being 375.0g/100mL water at 25oC Glucose has a much lower solubility at 91g/100mL water at 25oC
(Wagner's reagent is used to test for alkaloids). To prepare Wagner's reagent; Dissolve 2g of iodine and 6g of KI in 100ml of water. -Atolani Olubunmi, Nigeria
5g TCA per 100ml of water
0.15g of leishman powder dissolved in 100ml of distilled water
5g methyl orange dry dissolved with 100ml distilled water.
add 40g of potassium sodium tartrate to 100ml of water

the answer is 100ml the answer is 100ml
I don't think you can. The maximum solubility of glucose in water is 91% w/v. That would mean dissolving 91g of glucose in 100ml of water. for a 100% solution you would need to dissolve 100g in 100ml, and you cant do it under normal conditions.
to prepare 100ml of 100mM Trissolution: Mol wt of Tris=121.14121.14g in 1000ml ----> 1M12.11g in 100ml -------->1M1M=1000mM121.1g---->1000mM12.11g ----------->100mM1.211g in 100ml and 100mM Tris
If you want to convert that to liters, divide the number by 1000.
Measuring 3ml of Glacial Acetic Acid in a 100ml volumetric flask and diluting the same with water upto the 100ml mark will give exactly 3% solution of Acetic Acid containing 97% water...thats all, thank you
It depends on the final solution Volume you want to prepare. For 100ml of a 6M NaCL solution, you add 35.1g of NaCl to water until you reach 100ml. Dissolve and autoclave for 15 mins.
dissolve 40 grams of ferric ammonium sulphate in 100ml distilled water and add few drops of 6N nitric acid
