The preset radio stations and clock will have to be reset , the vehicle will have to relearn its idle ( drive cycle ) Hopefully , no other problems pop up
First, tune to the radio station you want to program. Next, press the 'set' button (once for the 1st 5 pre-set stations, twice for the 2nd 5 pre-set stations.) The set button is located on the bottom half of the AM/FM button. Then, press the button you want to program (choose 1-5.) You are allowed up to 10 pre-sets (2 on each button.) Good luck!
The clock on a 2004 Civic can be set using the preset buttons. Hold down the scan button on the radio and it will allow the clock to be adjusted.

Pick the station you want, then hold in the button of the number you want to assign it to until the station comes back in.
On your radio, preset #6 should say "clock" underneath the button. Hold and press this. Look to the left at the other preset buttons, numbers 4 and 5 should have "hour" and "minute" underneath those. Set the time you want and press the #6 again.
