To press peanut oil, there are several steps you need to follow.
1. de-shell peanuts
2. remove the peel of the peanut kernel
3. clean the peanut kernels to remove impurities
4. ready the oil press for peanut pressing.
5. refine the crude oil(if the oil press has an oil filter system, generally this step will be unnecessary.)
oil press is a machine used for squeezing varous oil out from oil bearing seeds such as peanut, soybean, canola, sesame etc..
To separate oil from peanut butter, place the peanut butter in a fine mesh strainer or cheesecloth over a bowl. Allow the oil to drain out for several hours, or gently press the peanut butter to expedite the process. Alternatively, you can refrigerate the peanut butter, which may cause the oil to solidify and separate more easily. Keep in mind that some oil may remain mixed in, as complete separation can be challenging.
Peanut butter is not an oil, but it does contain oil. It contains peanut oil, of course.

My guess is because the peanut is altered and the allergy is less noticeable when it is in peanut butter or peanut oil. I do however believe you are still having an allergic reaction to the peanut butter or oil when you come into contact with it.
