first you have to tell your mom that you did something to your ankle (make up a story). then just limp wherever you go. once your mom sees "your hurt"she might take you to the docter but dont worry if you go to beacon they will give you a cast or a boot if it hurts.at any other docter there is a big chance you will only get a brace and crutches. at school you have to act like it really does hurt and dont tell anyone your secret other wise they might tell someone else. for gym class ask your mom for a exscuse note so you cant play in gym give out your secret. ofer night if you have a brace you should wrap it around you foot tight but not so tight that you cut off your seculation. then sleep likr that in the morning take it off let it air and rub it alittle and go show your parents and dont tell them you did that and if they ask why you took it off say it hurt and i wanted to see if it was bruised.
