I don't think you actually can as the administrator can access all accounts on that computer so all you can do is get your own laptop!
If you can't log into Windows with your administrator, try logging in in safe mode and changing the password first.

You can't. You can bypass a User accounts password but not an administrators.
If you have the BIOS and Administrator password, there is no need to "break" them.
The administrator is hidden. Select My Computer, Manage, Local Users & Groups, click on Group, then Administrator, add your account name and there it is.

The only way I know is to set up an Administrator password for your PC.
Default administrator password of windows vista is blank. That means write administrator in Username field and leave password field blank and hit Enter you .will able to log in to your computer. But if you forget you administrator password which you set earlier then use windows vista password recovery software to reset it.
If you're not the administrator or the administrator hasn't given you the password, you have no chance of gaining access.
