If the ends of a bus topology network are not terminated then you will get 'signal bounce'. This will cause all packets to collide with each other, and the net effect is that the network is unusable.
Any connection failure in a bus topology will result in the network becoming unusable due to signal bounce in the affected cable.

Firstly, bus has no safety at all. And often had an accident. This risk can cause by driver or the circumstances at the road. The main risk is that there will be a break in the cable connections somewhere, which causes the entire network to go down due to signal bounce.
Generally it would be N - 1, assuming that the ends of the segment were terminated by a terminator to prevent signal bounce.
a specific resistor/ capacitor circuit connected to a 555 timer will create a debounce switch in synchronous format
To prevent signals from being echoed back through the network
Echo-back interferes with the original signal
No but if the fly is hanging on to the bus then yes.
