Well, you can eat more bananas for one thing. They tighten the bowels.

You can also try to get more fiber. A lot of people would think that fiber would just make your stool more lose, but this isn't true. While fiber can cure constipation by loosening stool, it also helps diarrhea but tightening the stool. That's because fiber isn't a stool loosener or tightener, it's a... balancer.

If you have a disease that causes diarrhea, such as Crohn's Disease or Ulcerative Colitis, you'll need to seek treatment from a doctor. Oh, and needless to say laxative abuse can cause diarrhea, so don't do that.

If you do get diarrhea, you should get some Over The Counter Medication, like Pepto-Bismal.

Last thing! One of the biggest concerns with diarrhea is the risk of dehydration. Dehydration is a big health issue, so if you do get diarrhea, make sure to drink liquids (slowly as to avoid worsening the condition. Even things like broth help.)
