- Hit the Features Button (One with the Nortel Logo)
- Hit **266344
- Will Prompt for password, enter 366344
- "Terminal&Sets" is displayed
- Hit the Next Button
- "Lines" will display
- Hit the Show button
- "Show Line:__" will display. Enter the extension in question
- "LineXXX:LineXXX" is displayed
- Hit the Show button
- "Trunk/Line data" is displayed
- Hit the Next button
- "Name:LineXXX" is displayed, hit the Change button
- Using the numeric key pad enter the name you wish to set, once your done click the Next button to save, if you do not hit the Next button nothing is saved!
