Your remote's model is actually PMDVD6. You should be able to get the manual for this remote from Philips' website.
I purchased a Philips model# SRU5107WM17 remote and had same problem with my Mediacom cable/dvr. Could not find the codes in the in package nor on the Philips website. I had to do some research. Not sure what brand of cable box you have but I have PACE and the Motorola codes worked for my Pace cable/dvr box. The code I used was 1077. If Motorola codes don't work, the Scientific Atlanta codes work for some Pace cable/dvr boxes. It is a shame that between Mediacom and Philips don't help customers out better.
There are several sites that offer Philips remote programming instructions. A link is provided.

what is the code to program a Sony TV with a philips universal remote
ich bitte um codeliste von RC8500 danke dr.p.nepo@web.de
The codes relate to the tv set and not the remote. Google the set or sanyo and you will get the code. You then need a universal remote to programme to that code or the instructions for the Philips remote to see if that can be reprogrammed. Again Google Philips and the make.
Philips Pronto is a universal remote control. The Philips Pronto allows you to configure all of your home entertainment systems by using Java Script on one remote.
Found a solution that works well... I picked up a Sony RM-VL600 universal remote with learning capability. With this unit, I've been able to program all the functions of the TB100MW9 DTV Converter box. I picked up this unit at Walmart for $25, but have seen it on Amazon for as little as $16. This remote is a vast improvement over the remote that comes with the Magnavox DTV converter, and was easy to program. Found another solution.... after tinkering with the Philips universal remote for an hour, i finally found a code that can control the magnavox converter. the code is 0759. the Philips remote i have is SRU3006/27 but it might work for any Philips universal remote. the remote itself cost me about 15 dollars. if you call Philips or magnavox they would say none of the remotes can operate the converter.they obviously didn't know their own product...
I need the tv code using a Philips unversal remote for a sanyo tvwww.urc.Philips.com/Phillips official website...
Philips remotes put more in control of your devices. No matter the brand of electronics you are use! Philips has a remote to get your back in control. Get rid of the 5 remotes you use on your electronic devices and buy you a Philip remote it's all you need.
You can find Philip universal remote codes either on the Philips site or the site for the universal remote. Also some cable/satalite providers carry remote codes for the different devices.
