Hi: The 93-96 Corvette came standard with the PKE system. This remote will work on your PKE system. To check if you system is working correctly, do this.............Turn your ignition key to the on position, then push the TRIP/ODO button 2 times, then within 5 seconds, push and hold the FUEL/INFO button until you see the PKE light come on and stay on, (light is located in Drivers Information Center above radio). Now turn the ignition off, but DO NOT remove the key. The PKE light should begin flashing. The system is now awaiting commands from the Keyless Fob. If all of this happens, you have an operating system..............Ed

How do you program a key fob to a 2003 Chevy Malibu
To program any kind of key fob you have to take it to a dealership.
Set everthing where you want them then, press and hold both large buttons on the key fob until the horn honks. That sets the memory to that fob......... Note must be done with the door shut and key on.........
This is normally done by a dealer or a locksmith that has the correct equipment.
How do I re program my key fob for renault laguna estate 1997?
To add a new key fob, take the vehicle and the key fob to an authorized dealer. To re-program a key fob after replacing it's battery, open the key fob, then read and follow the instructions inside.
Yes, with any other product (by GM or other manufacturers using that key fob) using that key fob type. You could even set up multiple vehicles to use the same key fob, provided they use the same type.
I have a jeep 1994 Jeep Grand Cherokee and found this answer on this site under programing a 1995 jeep Grand Cherokee. Its a very good description uses the same FOB.

The key fob programing requires the dealer's scan tool.
It is possible to program one key fob to use on two different cars. If the key fob uses a primitive fixed code system, programming two cars will not work.
