You'll need to bring it to an actual Infiniti dealer, they'll reprogram it for a charge. If you take this route, you might as well get a newer/better remote from eBay or keylessride.com, they have excellent customer service. Good Luck!

I took mine to the dealer and had them do it. If you did not purchase your M35 from a nearby dealer, find your nearest INFINITI dealer and have them do it. Otherwise, use your manual. "When in doubt, read the directions"

I had a problem too when I removed the battery from my Mentor's remote . Do the following ,sit inside the car , remove the remote battery , wait for 1 minute , replace the remote battery when doing so you will see that the remote light is on !
