There are some sounds in German that have no English counterparts. It may sound a bit like this:
ish roof tsoo dear herr yaysoo kreest
It means I call onto you Lord Jesus Christ.
Bach did not composed the tune "Herr Jesu Christ" ("Lord Jesus Christ"), but arranged various organ preludes on the piece for church use. He may have also used the tune in a cantata, but that is not my area of expertise.
The translation for the English word Jesus Christ into the Igbo language is Jesu Kristi.

In Zulu, "Jesu" is pronounced as "yeh-soo." The "J" is pronounced like the "y" in "yes" and the "s" is pronounced similarly to the "s" in "sad."
"In the name of our Lord Jesus Christ"
Jesus, my joy
Jesu Christe (prounounced YAY-su KREEST-ay)
