Names aren't usually translated when talking in another language. They stay the same. Derrius happens to be pretty easy to pronounce for a Swedish-speaking person too, tho it might sound different with a Swedish accent. Some names have an equivalent name in other languages, but a Swedish person could very well be named Derrius, so I don't believe it has another equivalent name.
