You should first of all be quiet, trying not to disturb other guests, have a dishpan to collect dirty dishes from table then as quietly as possible put into pan and take to kitchen. Then wash down table or replace linens, reset for next customer. Remember to be as quiet and as quick as possible, more turned tables mean more money for you and your business!
